Woohoo! The first installment of me and Alex’s split screen series!

This is an idea I had floating around my head for a really long time. Wanting to get another photographer from another country very different from my own and we take separate pictures, put them together as one in a sort of “split screen” style. I was about to give up all hope on this idea until Alex came along ^.^

Don’t underestimate the simplicity of the picture. Both photographs were VASTLY different and getting them to be the EXACT same color toning and brightness/contrast was very difficult. I tried going for a simple line split down the middle, but decided it wasn’t enough, and then proceeded to get carried away with my favorite brush on Photoshop

I’m very pleased with the way it turned out, I’m aware that the photographed is very stylized so it’s not going to appeal to a huge crowd of people, but it appeals to me! Hah! Plus I just love the way it looks I personally think the toning is perfect and I have alot of trouble with toning. I'm happy, Especially considering it’s our very first picture of this ‘concept’ together. I’d love to get any sort of input back on this, how we can do it better, or anything really! ^^ thank you!
